Our customer centre will be no operated on Monday 26 September. You can order 24/7 during the holiday but the parcels ordered after 2 PM, Friday 23 September will be processed for dispatch from Tuesday 27 September. We are expecting higher order volumes than usual in the days after this public holiday, which may result in small delays to standard processing times.


Customer centre phoneline will be closed as well, however, you can still send an enquiry email or submit an enquiry online. The team will resume normal hours at 10:00 on Tuesday 27 September.
